Oak (both French and American) is used sparingly never enough to overpower our fruit. It has a long finish with enough body and tannins to hold up to any great barbeque.

Primitivo
A powerful yet elegant wine, this deep garnet-hued Primitivo is redolent of ripe boysenberries and red cherries. Its soft, luscious fruit overtones are enhanced by hints of rose and anise. Balanced and refined, it has crisp acidity and good tannins, and would pair well with hearty pasta dishes and steak.
